How to make Dutch Pizzelle Waffles

Serves: 10 – 12
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes


  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp of dark corn syrup
  • 1 cup of cannabutter
  • 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 package of Pizelle cookies

For the filling Take a medium sized saucepan. Combine all of the ingredients (except for the cookies) in said saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat (234-240 degrees farenheit) until it forms a soft ball. Take the filling when warm and spread onto cookies. Can be eaten alone, with cookies, or as cookie filling between two or more!
